Projeto: a supervisão clínica na diminuição da ansiedade em estudantes de enfermagem em ensino clínico

Introduction: Clinical Nursing Supervision is a formal process of support and development of knowledge and skills. In the case of student supervision, the clinical learning context is relevant in the training and construction of identity of future nurses but can induce them high levels of anxiety. The Assistant Teachers as Clinical Supervisor, must be aware of signs and/or symptoms of anxiety to intervene early. Objective: Design a Clinical Nursing Supervision Project to train Assistant Teachers to intervene with nursing students, with anxiety during in clinical learning. Material and Methods: Brainstorming with Professors and Assistant Teachers from a nursing school and research in scientific databases. This work was developed based on project methodology. Results: The design of the project called “FelizMente” it is expected to be implemented during one academic year and evaluated through process and result indicators. The project includes formative sessions for teachers, online support, flow chart, telephone support line and protocol with other health institutions. Conclusions: Clinical learning is relevant in the training of nursing students but can generate pathological levels of anxiety that are intended to be reduced with the implementation of this project.
